The Sound/Gong Bath is a vibrational healing  journey where you are immersed in waves of powerful but beautiful sounds creating the space for self-healing and transformation. Simply relax and allow yourself to soak up and receive the harmonic frequencies of multiple gongs and tibetan singing/quartz crystal bowls as they wash over and through you. 

When vibrations travel through the body, they promote circulation, energy flow, rejuvenation and well-being, working to realign your entire system ~ A restorative bath of sound! The sound waves from the instruments entrain the brain to move into the deeper Alpha, Theta and Delta brain wave frequencies, inducing a deep meditative and peaceful state.

The frequency of the sound 

synchronizes with the brainwaves and activates destress 

responses in the body. So it slows down the brain waves and every cell in your body shifts from dis-ease to ease. These vibrations deeply penetrate our bodies, moving through our tissues and organs.


The sound resonates directly into our

What To Expect From  A Sound Healing Session?

During a sound healing session you’ll typically lie down on the floor either on a yoga

mat, futon mattress, sleeping bag or anything that is comfortable, perhaps cuddle up

with a cosy blanket, and simply listen as you “bathe” in the soothing sounds and

vibrations, almost as a meditative acoustic sound concert.

The sound frequencies then slow down brain waves to a deeply restorative state, which activates the body’s system of self-healing.

Like with most alternative healing modalities and meditative practices, everyone’s

experience is different, and new things may come up in each session. Most people

will feel very relaxed and peaceful during a sound healing; some might have

visualizations, receive creative downloads, or have an emotional breakthrough.

Others may go into a mental state place in which you are not quite awake and not

quite asleep. It often feels like you’re floating peacefully through time and space.

Others may emerge from a dreamy sound bath feeling more wired than blissed out.
