is a practice that uses vibrations (vocal or instrumental-like gongs, tibetan/crystal singing bowls, drums, tuning forks and chimes) in order to relax your
mind and body. It can relieve certain ailments, including insomnia, depression, stress and anxiety.

My intention as a Kundalini Yoga teacher is to share this magical practice with the World! I want to
help people see the light that this can bring into their lives. Finding the breath and staying present in
each moment, feeling centred and calm. It is safe zone free from our busy world buzzing around. It’s
a space free of anxieties and fears. Kundalini Yoga is a way of life in which I will always be a student,
forever learning new things on my journey through life. Learning to let go and just be.....be present,
be who you are, be anything, reminding you of your joyful birth right to love yourself, love your day
and love your life!
I encourage my students to move at their own pace connecting with their beautiful breath of life, and
offer modifications letting them get the most out of every pose making it their own. Also reminding
them to take a break if needed, it’s so important to let go of ego and judgment, being kind and gentle
to your self is the most important part on and off your mat.
My aim is to help my students to deepen their practice, as you step off your mat feeling refreshed,
nourished, reenergised and balanced, thrive in life by nurturing body, mind and soul.
Empowering students to move towards wholeness through mindful effort and surrender is a key component of my classes. Becoming your own best friend, cultivating a happy heart and joyful spirit, light in your life, learning to calm the mind, connecting with your body, and discovering vibrant health through movement and breath-work can guide you all to a healthier way of experiencing life.
